If you would like to report an issue you may have experienced regarding one of your Trades, you would kindly need to create a ticket including your User ID and your trade's Operation ID.

User ID:
Desktop:
If you using a desktop computer, your User ID will be located on the left-hand side of your account underneath the name of your account.
Mobile device:
To acquire your User ID while on your mobile phone device, you would first need to tap the 3 horizontal lines on your account. Your User ID will appear below the name of your account.
Operation ID:
Desktop:
In order to find the Operation ID of your trade while using your desktop, you would just need to go to the Portfolio tab on the left side of your account. The Operation ID will appear next to the symbol of your trade as shown below.
Mobile device:
To obtain your Operation ID whilst using your mobile phone device, you would first need to tap the 3 horizontal lines on your account. Then you would need to tap the Portfolio tab to be able to view your trades. The Operation ID of the trade will be located next to the Instrument's symbol as shown below.
