Want to know how to reset your account password?
Have a look at the below points for assistance.
If you are unable to login due to 2 Factor Authentication, please contact our Support team.
An email would be sent to the email address you have entered, if you do not find the email in your Inbox, please check your SPAM/Junk mail folder.
If you are unable to login:
On the login page, click on "Forgot your password?"
Enter your email address then click on "Reset".
If you are able to login:
Access the "Settings" tab on your account.
Click on the "Reset Password" button.
You will then receive an email to your inbox.
The email will look like the below.
Click on "Reset Password".
The "Reset Password" button will take you back to the "Settings" tab.
Enter your new password in the field following the highlighted criteria.
Click on "Submit" when ready.
